BAITS

Termite baits consist of cellulose food product, combined with a slow-acting substance lethal to termites. The baits are installed below ground out in the yard in plastic stations.

LIQUID TREATMENT

Soil-applied liquid termiticides provide a long-lasting chemical barrier that excludes termites in the ground from entering buildings. In most cases, termites in the structure die off as well, since they cannot return to the soil.

HEAT TREATMENT

Heat treatment can be an effective way to control drywood termites. Using special heating and temperature monitoring equipment, the target area is warmed up. Drywood termites are sensitive to changes in temperature and soon die.

FOAM TREATMENT

Rapidly expanding foam penetrates the remote areas where conventional sprays will not reach.  It can be employed under concrete slabs, behind brick or other veneers, into framed walls, and shallow crawl spaces. Foam offers strong absorption and better residual control.

FUMIGATION TREATMENT

The treated structure is covered with a tent or tarp and a gas product is released inside the property. The process usually takes 3-4 days and kills all the termites within the property. Fumigation does not kill subterranean termites that be nesting in the soil beneath the structure.
